GROUP TRAINING
Bring your Team and train together. Group exercise sessions will be tailored to accommodate the needs of everyone in the team, using H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) and Tabata timing techniques. This style of training enables everyone to work to their own potential, as well as providing the motivational boost you’ll get from training with friends.
Please note the following policy applies to group training session changes or cancellations.
I require a minimum of 12 hours notice to change a group training session.
If you are unable to provide 12 hours notice to change a session time, the fee for the session is forfeited.
As your Personal Trainer I will provide you with 12 hours notice if I need to change a group session time, or your next session will be provided free of charge.
