FIT TRIBE is the brainchild of Eric Steverink. As a lifelong “stay fit person”, Gym Instructor and Accredited Personal Trainer, his approach to fitness and wellbeing is based on helping people find enjoyment in exercise. Working as a personal trainer and gym instructor for many years, he has a loyal following amongst clientele interested in cross-fit style group fitness classes and specialized programs.
Over the past 30 years Eric’s experience encompasses surf lifesaving, triathlons, duathlons, marathon running, mountain biking, road cycling, body building and scuba diving.
Fit Tribe Group Fitness presents a 60 minute group training session with Eric suitable for all fitness levels.
Workouts are tailored for you, and can promote weight loss, increase physical endurance, strength & power, while also improving coordination, agility & balance. Your workouts will utilize not only body weight movements but also exercise equipment such as Kettlebells, Aqua Bags, Ropes & Balls.
